MCO System

Oil monitoring system The design of the new management system for the distribution of oils and other fluids focuses on one concept: “user friendliness”. Its quick installation as well as its easy use and management are also enabled by the powerful and user-friendly MCO Software. Its key feature lies in its expandability enabled by the special “Module” conception.
The system permits automatic disabling of job numbers and use of free job numbers and predefined job numbers with indication of pre-selected quantity and oil type.

MCO System Components

CU – Control Unit A large keyboard and a clear LCD enable the user to have all the MCO system power at hand. PU – Power Unit. Connected to the mains, it supplies low voltage to all system components (different voltage and frequency available on request).EPU – Expansion unit Connected to the PU, it controls 4 additional reels by means of the same CU. GPV – Pulser / Valve Unit A single component including what is necessary to ensure a better control of the fluid to be dispensed. OCIO – Level indicator To be installed in every tank to be monitored.OCIO DESK – Software inteface Between the level indicator and the MCO software, for the integrated management of the tank level in the PC with the MCO software. PC interface The software MCO for the management of the dispening in the (integrated with the software to manage the tank level, Ocio Desk).

JMCO System

JMCO is a system for controlling oil delivery from one or more central tanks. It is organised around the Control Unit which can control up to 4 delivery points with 4 different products. Provided with LCD and membrane keypad, it guides the operator in the data input phases and displays the quantities delivered. It permits delivery in pre-selection and control of the quantities in the tanks.
