The Rotar GIGA is available – with its power versions between 55 and 75 kW – in 7.5 and 10 bar versions. In this industrial compressor range we paid particular attention to the functional features, to the easy access for maintenance operations. Indeed, it is easy to operate on all components thanks to the wide side doors, fitted with safety closing handles. Any service operation is thus easy and quick. Thanks to the super silencing system, already integrated in the machine, noise pressure level (72 dB(A)) is among the lowest of this category.

FiniTronic digital controller The digital controller offers working pressure and oil mist separator tank inner pressure indication, separator filter clogging flashing alarm before over pressure E-stop, electric motor temperature control, maximum screw assembly temperature control, air temperature on pressure end indication, electric motor direction of rotation check, time to scheduled maintenance term (oil, oil filter, air filter, separator filter), total operating hours and operating hours under load, alarm log of last five failure events.

Plus 25, Plus 30, Plus 40

 

Rotary screw compressors of the Rotar PLUS series are designed for continuous duty in very hard conditions of use. These products reflect special attention on energy consumption, low operating and maintenance costs, simple installation and ease of use. The production cycle – design, mechanical operations, assembly, testing, packing and shipping – takes place entirely in Fini. Each product, built according to the standard rules, is carefully controlled in every phase of this process by skilled staff to guarantee that the specific tests on quality and operation are fully passed.

BSC 15, BSC 20

 

Rotary screw compressor with high-resistance POLY-V belt drive, centrifugal electric fan and air-oil
heat exchanger ensuring ideal operating temperatures at all times. Also available with 500-litres
tank, with or without dryer (ES). All versions are equipped with an electronic controller with pressure
transducer and detection of direction of rotation.
A very compact, modular unit. You can choose the floor-standing version and later add optional
accessories as necessary. All parts are designed to be easily accessed for quick
maintenance. The floor-standing version is provided with a hose for connecting to the compressed-air line.

Cube 10

Less moving components than in reciprocating systems where the moving elements which take part in the compression are at least 15: shaft, connecting rods, pistons, compression rings, intake valves, discharge valve. In screw systems the compression takes place with two moving components only: the male rotor and the female rotor. This leads to reduce troubles and maintenance costs.
