Works on cars :
VW / AUDI / SEAT / SKODA between 1996 and 2005 with KKL , K / L and single K -line modes except vehicles with CAN -bus .
Can be used in the diagnosis of most European brands like Renault , Dacia , Fiat, Alfa Romeo – on models with KLine diagnosis .
USB driver creates a virtual serial port using a USB -RS232 converter . In certain circumstances it may create some timing issues , especially handshaking lines .
Description :
The interface is built inside the OBDII connector that supports protocols ISO 9141/KWP 2000 used cars Volkswagen , Audi, Skoda and Seat, BMW, Dacia , Renault, Alfa Romeo , Volvo.
Current status is indicated by LED for each K -line . The interface is powered directly from the car through the Data Link Connector. Communication with the PC is via USB port .
